Our current trail network no longer meets the needs or desires of today’s visitors!  A few short trails see a large concentration of use, while unsustainable user-created trails (not intentionally designed nor maintained by the USFS) experience repetitive use causing resource degradation.  Developing a robust and sustainable trail plan to protect our watershed and offer diverse recreation options hinges on good public engagement. Tell us about your favorite trails, possible trail connections or family-friendly loops, and needed infrastructure improvements.

Read more about our trail planning guidelines in the online map under the Planning Guidelines option.
